We have one big question,

"Can we stop worrying?"

We ask the inevitable, "What will happen to me if I get worse?"

The amount and degree of stressful circumstances are beginning to show how fragile a people we are. Some even ask if this is the tribulation period?

The truth is, stress only reveals our problems but does not cause them. If we are going to get rid of worry, we will need to dig deeper below the level of superficiality.

On the left, write down your two greatest worries. On the right, write down why these particular areas concern you. They don't have to be on the list.
SARS - I might get infected.  
War - I might be drafted
 
Visas - I might be sent back
 
Relationships - I am scared of being rejected
 
Lay offs - I don't know how I will pay my bills
 
Recession - My debts will pile up on me.
 
Exams - I might do poorly and lose face.
 
Rushing about - I might get into an accident.
 
Terrorists - I might get anthrax and die.
 
Others - I might ...
