My trip to Africa is quickly approaching. I will minister first in Nigeria and then Cameroon, a new place for me. Can you find the two countries on the map? I have finished most of the preparations, just waiting for two visas to enter the countries and praying for sufficient prayer and financial support.

People like to hear how we get our contacts so let me share how our contact with this Cameroon pastor/church planter started.

Back in 2008, he sought for resources. He wrote, “I am an ordained minister of the gospel based in Cameroon and I have started with church planting. I am in need of materials for my evangelism and to build up a library so that others will benefit in the future.” The post office stopped shipping cheaper media mail overseas, so BFF began to focus on sending training resources on Dvd’s, after Cd’s became too small.

Later, after sending a free Dvd to him, he wrote, “I will continue to pray for you for the wonderful gift He has giving you to produce such a wonderful DVD. I spend most of my time only to study on it because your materials are so enriching and edifying.” Later, in 2010, he added, “I still want to acknowledge that the DVD on Biblical training is of great help to my ministry. I am using your handouts for the book of Acts to teach my Christians. In fact your teachings are a blessing to me and the congregation I am pastoring.”

When the BFF ministry started back in 2000, we had no idea that God would be giving us all of these resources to create and distribute. Because we create the resources, we can freely distribute them without any worry of copyright infringement. And our resources are growing in size and volume. We would need 3 Dvd’s just to hold our NT Library which is well over 10 Gb, but thankfully, our online access makes the resources much handier to those in Cameroon and around the world!
