#3 Tracing Anger to its Root Causes

Many of us have been shaped by a wrong response to a number of childhood incidents. This unresolved anger has made us extra sensitive to certain situations in our lives. The tension should serve as an alarm. Trace back to the anger's painful beginnings and resolve one by one resolve them.

Guilt acts as a spring. Past unresolved anger becomes a major shaping influence on our future responses. Our over-reaction is similar in kind to the unresolved anger but often more destructive due to past resentment build-ups.
