Underneath the angry person resides a spirit of anger. This spirit of anger might not result in violent actions, but it silently poisons our relationships with others including the ones closest to us. The spirit of anger silently poisons our relationships with others
A little anger is not okay!
The key to effectively dealing with anger is the determination to resolve the problem as soon as possible so that the anger does not turn into wrath.
