Praise the Lord! My name is John, a minister of the Gospel in Northern Kenya - East Africa. The Lord called me to ministry about seven years ago and I begun serving him in a local church in our village. After one year I planted a church in a place that has been predominantly occupied by the Roman Catholics for more than twenty years. I realized that I needed to be equipped so that I can effectively serve the Lord. The Lord opened a way for me to join a Bible college in Jan 2005, to pursue a undergraduate programme in Bible and Theology. Now I am in my final year and trusting God to graduate in July 2007.

I have been involved directly, since April 2007, in discipleship seminars and I realize a great need for discipleship training in the local churches. Here in Kenya Mass crusades are popular and people are receiving Jesus Christ in large numbers, but proper discipleship programmes have not been put in place in most local churches. That is why, as the Lord will, I intend to work with local pastors to train disciples, leaders and help them access the necessary facilities for effective discipleship work.

I am organising a seminar in our local church for discipleship training, where we have invited inter-denominational leaders to attend. Actually it is in my attempt to get some resources on Discipleship Training that I came across your CD offer for Discipleship training. I believe these will be a great resource for me as I embark on discipleship training and intensive work now and after my graduation. To me its a good news to have such CD's available free and on topics I have been gathering material for seminars and teaching purpose in the churches. God has put burden for me to address the issues of marriage and family. I have been researching and planning to launch teaching seminar for PakistanI families and marriages. Here we got big problems in marriages and families. Marriages are breaking and families ties are weakened.

I am a Bible and language teacher in local Bible college in Pakistan. These days I am doing area survey to launch learning and educational ministry for outreach purpose in slum areas/poverty stricken for young ones and adults with no purpose in their life. I also need material for training and discipleship for pastors and lay workers and anyone interested to join and seek help. I have a vision to transform community and individuals and Christian worker through teaching and training the WORD of God.
I am building team of professionals and volunteers to continue this ministry and develop other programmes (not mentioned yet) to expand the work.
